"Our experience with Third Coast Pools has been superb. Russ and Jacob have been amazing throughout this project. A close family friend had built a pool with Russ in the past and highly recommended him. From the start, Third Coast stood out from the other companies we considered because of their responsiveness and willingness to listen. Russ took the time to understand what we wanted and put together a video rendering and a very thorough and detailed bid. He spent a whole evening walking us through breakdown of costs and explaining areas where we could cut costs or places we shouldn't based on his experiences. Once we signed, they set up a text chain so we could get a hold of them whenever we had a question or thought. Believe me, we use it and I NEVER had to wait long for a response. They are exceptional at communicating timelines, when things are happening, what crews will be onsite, etc. They are truly on top of every aspect of our pool and patio build. No project is without some unexpected surprises (like snow in Texas), but they handled each issue with ease, listened to our concerns, and always had a fix. Rain or shine, their crews were here getting things done and they were here onsite checking in. We have always felt in the loop, and they've taken so much time to teach us about the process and our pool. A project this massive can be overwhelming, but they were here, knew their stuff, and held our hands the entire time. So obviously, we are big fans and you should give them a call. You won't regret it!"
